SARAJEVO, October 8 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Dragan Čović met today in Sarajevo with Ambassador of the People's Republic of China Ji Ping.
During the meeting, they discussed the daily economic cooperation and bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and China.
They also expressed satisfaction with the development of current relations, with the belief that they will continue to improve opportunities between the People's Republic of China and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Officials also exchanged views on the current situation with the coronavirus pandemic and the impact on health, trade in goods and services, as well as the consequences in the economy.
On his own behalf and on behalf of the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Deputy Speaker Čović thanked Ambassador Ping for the significant donation of medical equipment, which arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina from China during the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
After the meeting, Čović presented Ambassador Ping with a monograph on the 30th anniversary of the Croat Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina, announced the Press Service of the BiH PA.
