SARAJEVO, October 7 (FENA) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bisera Turković received in a farewell visit the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Hani Abdullah Mominah.
The interlocutors assessed that Bosnia and Herzegovina and Saudi Arabia nurture good and friendly relations and expressed hope that bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would continue to develop for the benefit of the two countries.
Ambassador Mominah thanked Minister Turković and the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their hospitality and good cooperation during his five-year term.
Stressing the importance of high-level exchange visits, Ambassador Mominah recalled the invitation of Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud to Minister Turković to visit Saudi Arabia, and expressed hope that the visit would take place soon.
The two officials pointed out the need to intensify the activities on concluding interstate agreements in various areas.
In this context, both sides expressed the interest to harmonize and sign the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Committee for the Management of the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh.
They also discussed the possibilities of visa facilitation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Saudi Arabia.
Minister Turković thanked the Saudi Ambassador for everything he did during his term in the development of bilateral relations between the two countries and wished him all the best in the continuation of his diplomatic career, stated the MFA of BiH. announced.
