SARAJEVO, September 23 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 1,591 samples were registered with the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH of which 270 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.
New cases have been registered in all the cantons in the Federation of BiH, except in Podrinje and Posavina cantons.
In the past 24 hours, recovery has been reported in 180 patients. There are currently 3,880 active cases of SARS-CoV-2 positive.
Eleven new deaths were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH. In the past 24 hours, four people died, while there were seven deaths from the previous period, which have just been reported to the Institute.
As of today, the total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 476.
In the entity of Republika Srpska, 629 samples were tested in the past 24 hours, and coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 73 people.
One death was reported to the RS Institute of Public Health for the same period.
So far, 293 people have died.
