Chief Prosecutor Tadić and Livieva discuss monitoring of war crimes cases

SARAJEVO, September 14 (FENA) - Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina Gordana Tadić, together with deputies and officials of the Special Department for War Crimes, held a video meeting with Ivalia Livieva from Sofia, a representative of the War Crimes Monitoring Project.

Livieva has been hired by the European Commission to monitor the analyses of the OSCE mission on the work done in war crimes cases.

The Chief Prosecutor informed the interlocutor with the internal structure of the Special Department for War Crimes, the number of employees, the internal organization, as well as the ongoing cases and the achieved results.

Tadić pointed out that the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has good cooperation with the OSCE Mission to BiH in terms of developing an archive of evidence, developing guidelines for facilitating and improving work on war crimes cases, organizing professional trainings and other useful activities in war crimes cases, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH said.
