SARAJEVO, September 13 (FENA) - The Caucus of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly believes that "opening a case file against the director of OSA BiH, based on an anonymous report, is an act of cheap political propaganda."
In the past few months, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH bombarded the citizens with numerous initiated criminal cases which then regularly ended up in the trash, because they were obviously initiated solely for the purpose of PR needs, and not on the basis of serious arguments and investigation.
In the context of this case, it is important to emphasize that Gordana Tadić was unwilling to file an indictment against the President of the HJPC Milan Tegeltijja, even after a video appeared which clearly shows him taking bribe and she has decided to initiate a proceeding against the OSA BiH director with an obvious political tendency, which speaks volumes about the professional degradation of prosecutor Tadić, stated the SDA caucus.
They also point out that it is striking to see that Chetnik war criminals, perpetrators of the Srebrenica genocide and snipers who had murdered children in Sarajevo can roam the streets of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its neighborhood and that Gordana Tadić has no intention of prosecuting them, but has reduced the Prosecution to her private political instrument.
"This attitude must change as soon as possible, and the first step is the almost certain dismissal of Gordana Tadić from her duty," underlined the SDA caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.
