SARAJEVO, September 3 (FENA) - Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina Selmo Cikotić talked today in Sarajevo with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to BiH Johanna Strömquist about the security situation, the biggest challenges and priorities in the work of the Ministry, as well as enhancing the cooperation, announced the BiH Ministry of Security.
The interlocutors stated that there are common security challenges, especially when it comes to the fight against organized crime and illegal arms trade, and the cooperation between the police and judicial authorities of the two countries in combating these crimes was positively assessed.
Both officials emphasized the readiness to continue and improve relations in this area, for which legal preconditions were created by the Agreement on Police Cooperation between BiH and Sweden.
