SARAJEVO, August 10 (FENA) - Prime Minister Novalić convened an emergency meeting for today, at the seat of the Government of the Federation of BiH in Sarajevo, to which the prime ministers of all ten cantons in the Federation of BiH have been invited, as well as the heads of the civil protection administrations and inspections.
The FBiH Prime Minister Fadil Novalić held a working meeting last Friday with Assistant Minister of Health Goran Čerkez, heads of the FBiH Police Administration Ensad Korman, the FBiH Administration for Inspection Affairs Anis Ajdinović and the FBiH Civil Protection Administration Mustafa Kadribegović
They analyzed the measures and activities taken by the FBiH authorities in relation to preventing the spread of Covid-19.
They noted that the number of patients has increased and that there is a tendency towards further increase, but it was pointed out that the situation is still under control.
The participants of the meeting assessed that joint action of the Government of the Federation of BiH with the governments of the cantons is needed, all in order to take new measures and activities aimed at preventing the emergence and control of the pandemic.
They pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen both the police and inspection measures to monitor the implementation of the measures in force.
