Last farewell for Minister Salko Bukvarević in front of FBiH Government building

SARAJEVO, July 30 (FENA) - The FBiH Minister for Veteran Affairs and Disabled Veterans of the Liberation War Salko Bukvarević, who died yesterday at the Clinic for Pulmonology of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo at Podhrastovi, was sent off today in a last farewell in front of the Government building of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo.

Representatives of the Federation of BiH, colleagues, associates and friends, including the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Fadil Novalić, Deputy Prime Ministers Jelka Milićević and Vesko Drljača, Vice Presidents of the Federation of BiH Melika Mahmutbegović and Milan Dunović, members of the FBiH Government, employees and citizens, sent off with dignity and in silence Minister Salko Bukvarević to Tuzla, where a funeral and burial will be held on Saturday, August 1.

An honorary platoon of the special police unit was lined up on the main road in front of the FBiH Government building, which greeted and escorted the coffin of Minister Bukvarević with state honors.

A commemoration on the occasion of the death of Minister Salko Bukvarević will be held on Saturday, August 1, at 11.00 am in the Parliament of the Federation of BiH in Sarajevo.

On the same day, a commemoration will be held in Tuzla at 3 pm at the Bosnian Cultural Center.

The funeral service and burial will take place in the harem of the Džindić mosque in Tuzla on Saturday, August 1 at 4.30 pm.

This morning, the Book of Mourning was opened in the building of the Government of the Federation of BiH in Sarajevo.
