BANJA LUKA, July 10 (FENA) - President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) Milorad Dodik said today that the party's Executive Board is not satisfied with the situation at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially because agreements on appointments such as the last one in East Sarajevo were not respected.
He said that the SNSD does not accept that the problems are solved in segments, but completely through amendments to the law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), on public procurement and on conflicts of interest, on which it will propose laws.
He claims that there is an obstruction in the appointments at the level of BiH and that equality must be respected.
“We have no other solution but to tell the Party of Democratic Action that when we appoint these people, then we will appoint your minister,” he stated, reminding that the Serb representatives passed successfully the competition procedure for positions in SIPA and RAK.
