BiHCC ruled that Mladjen Božović did not perform mobbing in case of Irina Lovrić

FENA Press release

SARAJEVO, June 2 (FENA) - Former director of the BiH Return Fund Mladjen Božović received a court decision confirming that he did not perform mobbing in the case of Irina Lovrić.

He stated that he received the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, which was passed on May 6, and in which Irina Lovrić's appeal against all verdicts on the issue of mobbing was rejected as unfounded.

Božović claims that Irina Lovrić's lawsuits caused him great damage, especially when he was a candidate for BiH Minister of Human Rights and Refugees.

He claims that a media campaign was conducted against him at the time, even though he passed all the checks of both the Central Election Commission and the State Investigation and Protection Agency.

Božović said that this decision of the Constitutional Court, as the highest judicial body in BiH, is his satisfaction for everything he has gone through in the last few years.

As an employee, Irina Lovrić sued Božović, the then director of the Fund for the Return of BiH, for mobbing, physical assault and corruption.
