SARAJEVO, March 30 (FENA) - In the past 24 hours, 1,039 people were inspected in the Sarajevo Canton, who have self-isolation decisions, 53 of them were not found at the address, said today the cantonal Interior Minister Ismir Jusko at a press conference of the Crisis Staff.

He announced that people who do not comply with the issued measures will go into a forced isolation facility in Suhodol, which has been prepared in the past few days. The facility will be ready for its intended purpose as of today, Jusko said, adding that an order from the FBiH level is expected during the day. The prosecution will also respond to these violations with criminal sanctions.

In the past 24 hours, 34 people have violated the curfew in the Canton area and misdemeanor charges have been filed against them.

Jusko reiterated that police could no longer tolerate violators of curfew.

In the past three days, police removed about 400 migrants from the streets to Blažuj, filling the capacity to the maximum. According to Jusko, capacity expansion is pending. Jusko thanked FBiH Interior Minister Aljosa Čampara for the approval of the facility in Suhodol within 24 hours, and thanked the Intelligence and Security Agency for engaging and coordinating with other levels in the fight against lawbreakers during this period of the pandemic.
