SARAJEVO, March 30 (FENA) - Sarajevo International Airport has been temporarily closed for passenger traffic this morning from 6:00 a.m., spokeswoman of the Sarajevo International Airport, Sanja Bagarić, confirmed for FENA.
Bagarić recalled that the BiH Council of Ministers has decided on the temporary closure of the Sarajevo International Airport for passenger transport as of Monday 30 March. In addition to the Sarajevo Airport, the Decision also applies to airports in Mostar, Banja Luka and Tuzla.
“Sarajevo International Airport remains open for humanitarian flights and cargo transport, and the cargo services sector continues to perform all its duties. Of course, all conditions are ensured in terms of protection of workers, equipment and goods,” Bagarić said.
