SARAJEVO, March 29 (FENA) - Deputy Director of the FBiH Police Administration (FUP), Ensad Korman, said today that he receives reports daily from cantonal interior ministries that certain orders are not obeyed and that more than 20.000 isolation orders have been issued so far.
“According to yesterday's information, isolation measures are most violated in the Sarajevo Canton - 59 violations and in the Tuzla Canton - 61 violations,” Korman emphasized during regular address of the officials of the FBiH.
He stressed that police officers would initiate all procedures permitted by law and these persons would be sanctioned.
Speaking about orders for freedom of movement for persons under the age of 18 and over 65, as well as respecting the curfew, Korman said that those orders were also partially violated.
"Legally prescribed measures and actions are being taken against these persons," Korman said.
He stressed that the FBiH Police Administration is at full capacity and that they have appointed a team that will monitor the situation during the pandemic for 24 hours and that they have appointed a cybercrime team to monitor all portals.
“A number of citizens who cause panic in portals will also be prosecuted,” he said.
He said that they are monitoring the health situation of police officers and that so far there are no sick police officers, except for a certain number who are in isolation.
