ŠIROKI BRIJEG, March 24 (FENA) - The first case of coronavirus infection was registered in Široki Brijeg, which is also the first case of infection in the West-Herzegovina Canton (WHC).
The person infected is an elderly woman from the area of Široki Brijeg that has been admitted at the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar, confirmed to FENA the Civil Protection Service of the City of Široki Brijeg.
More details about the case will be known during the day at a press conference of the Civil Protection Service Crisis Staff of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton in Mostar, where the infected has been hospitalized.
