SARAJEVO, March 3 (FENA) – Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers Zoran Tegeltija spoke today with Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to BiH Margret Uebber on current political and economic topics in BiH and the region, focusing on migrant crisis.
Chairman Tegeltija highlighted the problems that BiH faces when it comes to the migrant crisis. He noted that BiH has limited security, humanitarian and accommodation capacities.
The Chairman of the Council of Ministers expressed his expectation that all representatives of the international community be more involved in resolving the migrant crisis in BiH, and stressed the importance of coordination and joint work of all security agencies in the region on this issue.
The officials also discussed BiH's European path, and Tegeltija expressed his appreciation for the personal engagement of German Chancellor Angela Merkel in launching a German-British initiative that promoted cooperation between the Western Balkan countries and unblocked the European integration process.
They also expressed mutual satisfaction with the cooperation between BiH and Germany so far, and expressed readiness for good relations on a partnership basis to continue, announced the BiH Council of Ministers.
