SARAJEVO, January 6 (FENA) - We congratulate the newly-elected President of the Republic of Croatia, Mr. Zoran Milanović, trusting that we will work together to improve bilateral relations while addressing all outstanding issues in the mutual relations for the benefit of both countries, BiH Foreign Minister Bisera Turković told FENA today.
Commenting in the context of relations with BiH, the election of Milanović as the new President of the Republic of Croatia, Minister Turković said that improving relations in the region was necessary and because of the growing need for stronger regional and European security cooperation in joint actions on migration trends, fight against organized crime, cyber threats, common regional energy and transport policies.
“Bosnia and Herzegovina needs friends and partners in order to make our region as stable and prosperous as possible, and in that light, it is open for cooperation with the Republic of Croatia,” said Minister Turković.
