SARAJEVO, January 3 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA), Nebojša Radmanović, addressed His Holiness, Patriarch of Serbia, Irinej, metropolitans, bishops, clergy, monks, deacons, and the entire Orthodox faithful on the occasion of Christmas holidays under Orthodox religious calendar.
“I wish all believers of the Orthodox faith to spend this Christmas in peace, in good health and with family bliss, in accordance with ethnic and religious customs and tradition.
In the Christian Orthodox tradition, Christmas is a symbol of birth, creation and new life. The birth of Christ gives us hope to endure all the hardships and overcome all the temptations of life, and to find salvation in faith and in good deeds.
May the good news of the birth of Christ rejoice all Orthodox believers and instill a new force for the entire Serb people to overcome the present difficulties and challenges,” Radmanović wrote in his greetings.
