BANJA LUKA, November 24 (FENA) - President of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), Milorad Dodik, said today that Bosnia and Herzegovina is not joining NATO and that this status is not prejudiced by the Reform Program, but that all decisions in that view would have to be made subsequently.

"We had a meeting together with the deputies of the ruling coalition in the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliament from the entity of RS. The SNSD Executive Board and this forum of MPs have accepted the information I provided on the BiH Reform Program and they consider it very important that it confirms that BiH is not joining NATO," Dodik said.

He said NATO has confirmed it would accept the Reform Program document.

Following an extended session of the SNSD Executive Board, Dodik said at a press conference that he believed that all the appointment procedures in the BiH Council of Ministers would be completed by the end of the year.

"After that, we have 35 additional days for talks, and by the New Year, everything should be completed in connection with the establishment of the new convocation of the Council of Ministers. This is the moment when the BiH Presidency's Reform Program is activated," Dodik said.
