Vilić receives NATO HQ Commander Bissell in a working visit

SARAJEVO, October 9 (FENA) - Director of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH (DKPTBiH) Mirsad Vilić and his deputy Ivica Bošnjak received today NATO Headquarters Sarajevo Commander, Brigadier General Marti Bissell in a working visit.

Activities that the Directorate undertook to build its capacity as one of the state-level police agencies were presented during today's meeting. The components of training organizations for police officers, as well as the procurement of material and technical resources, were particularly emphasized, the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of BiH stated.

They also discussed cooperation between the Directorate and NATO Headquarters Sarajevo, in line with its competencies and mandate. The interlocutors assessed the cooperation as extremely successful and expressed confidence that it would continue to the mutual satisfaction in the future.
