Commemorating ceremony held in Donja Gradina in honor of Jasenovac victims

KOZARSKA DUBICA, May 5 (FENA) - The laying of wreaths in memory of the victims of Jasenovac concentration camp was held today in the area of ​​Donja Gradina, near Kozarska Dubica.

This event was attended by officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, as well as representatives of the diplomatic corps in BiH.

Prime Ministers of Serbia Ana Brnabić, the BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik, RS President Željka Cvijanović, Presidents of the National Assembly and the Government of RS, the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH delegation and survivors, diplomats in BiH, ambassadors of Russia Petr Ivantsov, the United States of America, Eric Nelson, Great Britain Matthew Field and Head of the EU Delegation to BiH, Lars Gunnar Vigemark also attended the ceremony and laid wreaths. 

The marking of the Memorial Day of the victims of Ustasha crimes in the Jasenovac concentration camp and its biggest killing site of Donja Gradina, was organized by the governments of the entity of RS and Serbia.

After the prayer part of the ceremony for the killed Serbs, Jews and Roma, led by Serbian Orthodox Church Patriarch Irinej, the government officials addressed the present.
