Decision issued not to conduct investigation against Krešić, Djaković and Bandić

SARAJEVO, April 4 (FENA) - Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an Decision on not conducting an investigation against Mijo Krešić, Deputy Minister of Security of BiH, Mato Djaković, journalist and Ivan Bandić, General Consul of R Croatia to BiH, Consulate in Tuzla, the prosecutor's office stated.

Instruction was issued after checks were done in the case the Prosecutor's Office of BiH formed in accordance with its official duty, regarding allegations stated on an internet portal where it was mentioned that the persons are participating in illegal activities related to recruitment of citizens of BiH for the purposes of illegal activities in area of BiH, related to member of the Salafi movement.

Information regarding the case was requested from police agencies and all persons involved and witnesses were questioned.
