SARAJEVO, February 27 (FENA) - Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH (BiH PA) Borjana Krišto and House of Peoples of BiH PA Bariša Čolak met with Ambassador of Mexico to BiH Marco Antonio Garcia Blanco.
They talked about recently held elections in these two countries and current political situation in BiH and Mexico.
They emphasized that great distance between the two countries is no obstacle to establishing better and stronger parliamentary, economic and cultural cooperation. They especially pointed out possibility of increasing the number of tourists from Mexico, considering there are now cheaper airlines connecting the two countries.
They agreed to hold bilateral meetings in October this year, during the session of Inter-parliamentary Union to review what has been done and determine future steps in cooperation between BiH and Mexico, PR Office of BiH PA stated.
