EAST SARAJEVO, November 23 (FENA) - The BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik at a press conference he held today in East Sarajevo said he wanted the Presidency of BiH to act in accordance with the BiH Constitution, and that this will be the essence of his political work.

“I want to the BiH Constitution to be applied, Annex IV of the Dayton Agreement, which clearly established the authorities at the "joint level". I will use this term “joint level” and will ask my associates and everyone from RS to use that term. I want to work according to what is on the paper and not what one's wishes are,” said Dodik.

Speaking about the Intelligence and Security Agency (OSA), Dodik said that it does not have his support.

"The OSA does not have any support, neither my own nor from RS," Dodik said, adding that he believes that as a member of the BiH Presidency "OSA has treated him as the biggest problem".

He also reiterated that the RS flag will have to be displayed wherever he is at any given moment.

“The flag of BiH was imposed by the High Representative and has never been adopted in the competent BiH institutions and has never been accepted by RS. I am not disputing to right to display the flag of BiH, but there must also be the flag that represents the Serb people,” said Dodik.

Dodik also stated that he responded to US President Donald Trump, who congratulated the BiH Presidency on the occasion of the BiH Statehood Day.

“I told him that it is not my holiday. Serbs do not recognize it, and they never did. That holiday is just a speculation and he was not informed that Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have its statehood day. I told him that we can talk about EU integration, but not integration into NATO. The decision to join NATO has never been made,” said Dodik.
