SARAJEVO, November 5 (FENA) - On 5 November 2018, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivered a trial judgment in the case of Branislav Galić et al., finding the accused Branislav Galić guilty of the continued criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(2) as read with Article 54 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
In this regard, the Court sentenced him to 1 (one) year of imprisonment, while also imposing an accessory punishment - a fine in the amount of 10,000.00 KM (ten thousand convertible marks).
The same judgment found the legal entity Branex d.o.o. Busovača responsible for the continued criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210(2) of the CC BiH as read with Articles 54 and 124 of the CC BiH, so the Court fined the legal entity with 100,000.00 KM (one hundred thousand convertible marks).
The ill-gotten gain in the amount of 99,294.32 KM (ninety nine thousand two hundred ninety four convertible marks and thirty two pfennigs) shall be confiscated from the accused legal entity Branex d.o.o. Busovača, stated the BiH Court.
