Jusko-Koç: Cooperation continues on Sarajevo-Belgrade expressway construction

SARAJEVO, August 27 (FENA) - Minister of Communications and Transport of BiH, Ismir Jusko, met today with Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to BiH Haldun Koç.

Minister Jusko informed Ambassador Koç that the Ministry has formed a working group that will begin initial talks with colleagues from Serbia about the location of the bridge connecting Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia on the Sarajevo-Belgrade expressway section. In the near future, representatives of other institutions will also be included in this project.

Minister Jusko and Ambassador Koç jointly noted that the Sarajevo-Belgrade expressway construction project is not compromised and that they will continue with the meetings and cooperation on this project, as well as its implementation in full capacity.

In the forthcoming period, Jusko will hold meetings with Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia, Zorana Mihajlović, and Turkish Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Mehmet Cahit Turhan, to discuss this project, stated the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH.
