Mostar University students visit the Court of BiH

SARAJEVO, May 23 (FENA) - A group of 42 students and professors of the School of Law, University of Mostar today visited the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The purpose of the visit was to inform the students about the structure and operation of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the meeting, representatives of Court’s Public Information and Outreach Section, Legal Department and Witness Support Section gave brief presentations and informed the students about the organization, mode of operation, practice and the results achieved at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

The students showed great interest in the matter by asking numerous questions, and thanked their hosts for the warm welcome and information they shared with them.

The students were also given an opportunity to watch a recording of a protected witness testimony given in a case before Section I for War Crimes at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the end of the visit, the students were given relevant materials with additional information on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and were invited to follow the Court’s operation via its official website, stated the BiH Court.
