LONDON/SARAJEVO, March 2(FENA) - After meeting with the highest officials of the British government and security agencies Minister of Security of BiH Dragan Mektić held series of meetings with members of the British House of Lords, Ministry of Security of BiH stated.
Mektić met with Lord Howell, Lord Balfe and Baroness Helic.
They talked about topics and problems from security sector that were stated in the report of Committee of Lords after their last-year's visit to BiH.
They particularly stressed challenges and need for a stronger fight against corruption in BiH and stronger fight against terrorism.
They also talked about topics important for preparation of summit of the Western Balkan countries, which will be held in London in July.
Mektić is concluding a very successful visit to Great Britain today, whose aim was enhancement of bilateral relations in security sector between the two countries.
