OSCE to present a report on prosecution of corruption cases in BiH

SARAJEVO, February 20 (FENA) - The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina will tomorrow in Sarajevo present a report titled "Tracking the Prosecution of Corruption Cases in BiH – The First Assessment", as part of its anti-corruption activities.

The analysis and recommendations presented in this report are a result of the monitoring of the tried corruption cases before the courts in BiH.

The report was drafted in the framework of the project "Assessing Needs of Judicial Response to Corruption through Monitoring of Criminal Cases", supported by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the US State Department, the OSCE said.

Thomas Greminger, OSCE Secretary General, Maureen E. Cormack, US Ambassador to BiH, Bruce G. Berton, OSCE Head of Mission in BiH and Lars-Gunnar Wigemark, Head of the European Union Delegation and EU Special Representative in BiH, will address the event.
