SARAJEVO, February 8 (FENA) - Prime Minister of FBiH Fadil Novalić informed the FBiH Government at today's 138th session in Sarajevo about activities related to detailed analysis of telecom operators to assess business potential of these companies and to secure the Government, as their majority owner, quality information for making decisions.
It is planned to deliver the report of the analysis to the FBiH Government by the end of September 2018.
Report should include recommendations on how to improve business activities, which can include different options – from restructuring, improving productivity, improving corporate management, etc.
Plan and program of activities of the Privatization Agency for 2018 was also adopted today, which does not include privatization of telecom operators in 2018. Information reported by the media related to detailed analysis as an exclusive instrument of selling telecom operators is pure speculation, it was stated at the session of FBiH Government.
