MOSTAR/ SARAJEVO, Feb 7 (FENA) – President of Federation of BiH, Marinko Cavara, held a meeting with a delegation of the Alliance for Better Future (SBB) BiH, headed by the Vice President, Adisa Omerbegovic Arapovic, says the statement issued on Wednesday by the Office of the FBiH President.
The meeting was also attended by the president of the SBB caucus at the House of Representatives of the Federation of BiH, Nasir Beganovic, and the president of the SBB caucus at the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, Fuad Hadzimehmedovic.
The topics of the meeting were the current political situation and relations in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with emphasis on the announced resignation of the SBB ministers at the FBiH Government.
After the meeting, the FBiH President, Marinko Cavara, pointed out that he insisted that the SBB BiH should remain a part of the parliamentary majority and the executive authorities, having in mind the interest of all peoples and citizens living in the Federation of BiH, as well as the reform processes.
He assessed that the a turbulent period ahead of the election was to follow, underscoring that it would be the best to respond together.
- It rests with the Alliance for a Better Future to make the best decision on the issue of participation in the executive bodies, as well as to assess in the best way how important it is to be part of the parliamentary majority in order to deal with all that is at this moment accumulated in terms of the problems faced by every citizen in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina - said the FBiH President, Marinko Cavara.
BiH SBB Vice-President, Adisa Omerbegovic Arapovic, pointed out that final decision on the resignation of the ministers of SBB BiH at the Government of Federation of BiH would be made by the party bodies, but it is more than obvious that after the talks with the FBiH President the SBB will remain in the FBiH Government.
