SARAJEVO, February 7 (FENA) - The Dogs Trust Foundation at the beginning of this year established cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina to work on the unresolved issue of stray dogs that affect the quality of life and safety of people and the wellbeing of dogs themselves.
Dogs Trust and UNDP want to help local communities to resolve this problem in accordance with the Law, in a humane and locally sustainable way.
Cooperation will take place within the framework of the joint initiative "Development of Human Communities" of the UNDP in BiH and the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), and other activities where possible, stated the Dogs Trust Foundation.
