SARAJEVO, February 5 (FENA) - On 7 December 2017, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the Indictment under which the Accused Branislav Galić and legal entity Branex d.o.o. Busovača are charged with the criminal offense Tax Evasion or Fraud in violation of Article 210(2) as read with (1) and Article 54 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment alleges that the Accused Branislav Galić, in the capacity as director and responsible person with unlimited authorities within the registered business activity in the legal entity Branex d.o.o. Busovača in the period October-December 2009 obtained the false documentation based on which the legal entity Branex d.o.o. Busovača presented, calculated and, by submitting false VAT returns, obtained unfounded and unlawful tax relief in the amount of BAM 99.294,32 thus damaging the budget of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the said amount, stated the BiH Court.
