SARAJEVO, February 2 (FENA) – With a tasteful reception for distinguished personalities from the political, cultural and social life of Bosnia and Herzegovina and representatives of the diplomatic corps last night in Sarajevo was marked the 68th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of India.
The Ambassador of the Republic of India to BiH headquartered in Budapest, Rahul Chhabra, emphasized on this occasion the economic and trade cooperation between BiH and India, as well as the fact that by enabling online visas, the number of tourist visits of BiH citizens to this exotic state has increased considerably.
He also recalled that the International Day of Yoga (21 June), declared by the UN Resolution and on the proposal of the Indian Prime Minister, is marked in several BiH cities with traditional Indian dance and music performances.
