SARAJEVO, January 26 (FENA) – If the increase of fuel excises in BiH is done accurately and purposefully, it will be good for all citizens, said High Representative in BiH Valentin Inzko.

“If the money is paid to a special account for the highways, for Corridor Vc, and not in the budget, then it will be good for all citizens, the communication will be better, the costs will lower and there will be fewer deaths,” Mr. Inzko said, commenting on the adopted BiH Excise Law.

“I think everyone will benefit from this, but it should be used purposefully and not for other things,” Mr. Inzko told reporters after meeting in Pale regarding the revitalization of the Pale-Sarajevo narrow-gauge railway.

Commenting on the amendments to the Election Law in BiH, he said that the OHR was not the supervisory institution, but the European Community and the United States.
