National Minorities Council of BiH seeks financial support for its work

SARAJEVO, January 26 (FENA) - The Council of National Minorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina has decided to send a request to the competent authorities at all levels of government in BiH for application of the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Rights of Persons belonging to National Minorities related to the financial support of the work of the associations of national minorities in BiH.

It was also decided that the Council in this term will not amend the Rules of Procedure.

The Council decided to ask the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina to refer to the parliamentary procedure the amendments to the Law on Permanent and Temporary of BiH Citizens that deals with the rights of persons belonging to national minorities in BiH.

The Council also adopted the Report on the work of the Council of National Minorities of BiH for 2017, stated the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.
