SARAJEVO, January 25 (FENA) - Prosecutor of BiH raised indictment against ten persons accused of committing criminal offence of organized crime in relation to human smuggling.
The accused are charged with illegal smuggling of migrants, citizens of R Turkey, acting as an organized group, through territory of BiH across the state border to R Croatia towards the EU countries.
Indictment has been delivered to the Court of BiH for confirmation, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH stated.
