SARAJEVO, January 22 (FENA) - Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdic met today in Sarajevo with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to BiH Hani Abdullah M. Mominah.
The two officials talked about bilateral relations and enhancement of the cooperation between the two friendly countries.
Zvizdić said that the political relations of the two countries are good and that there is an interest in improving the cooperation in the segment of economy.
He pointed out that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country with huge economic potential for investment and development, especially in the fields of agriculture, tourism, energy, timber industry and development of transport infrastructure, and expressed satisfaction with the growing interest of Saudi citizens to visit BiH.
He added that it is necessary to work on improving the existing visa regime model in order to facilitate the flow of business people and tourists.
Mominah said that BiH and Saudi Arabia have already signed a series of bilateral agreements that provide a good framework for enhancement of cooperation and added that good trends in institutional cooperation should continue.
He praised Bosnia and Herzegovina's progress on the path to the European Union and pointed out his country’s interest in improving economic relations, the BiH Council of Ministers said.
