MRAKOVICA, January 18 (FENA) - Suten Meagher, Deputy Director of the Office of the US Embassy in Banja Luka, visited participants of the traditional scout winter camp, being held as part of the interethnic event titled "The Perfect World" in Kozara.
In a conversation with Director Suten, younger members conveyed their satisfaction to be participants of the camp and what it means to them to be scouts, while the older members emphasized the importance of the interethnic gatherings of scouts Zenica and Prijedor.
Young participants of the camp expressed gratitude for the financial support that the US Embassy has provided in the realization of the project "The Perfect World", which gathers numerous scouts from the region during the summer camp at Boračko Lake, near Konjic.
As part of the camp program, workshops were also held on the topics "We are different, so what?!" and "Anger and Rage", aimed at recognizing anger and rage and adopting techniques of controlling rage, nonviolent communication and resolving conflict situations in a peaceful manner, while the rest of the day was used for leisure activities.
