SARAJEVO, January 5 (FENA) - A member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Bakir Izetbegović congratulated Christmas today to Metropolitan of Dabar-Bosna Hrizostom and to Orthodox Christians in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Holidays are an opportunity to remember that we live in a society that cherishes diversity and to try again to build mutual relations in the spirit of well-known Bosnian coexistence and tolerance.
On the foundations of understanding, and mutual respect, all of us together, in the unity of our diversity, can contribute that all members of all nations and all faiths in Bosnia and Herzegovina live in dignity, harmony and peace.
I convey most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the coming Christmas, to you, the esteemed Metropolitan Hrizostom and to all faithful Orthodox believers in Bosnia and Herzegovina," wrote Izetbegović in his congratulatory letter.
