SARAJEVO, October 12 (FENA) - One-sided decisions which would suspend or limit jurisdictions and decisions of judicial institutions of BiH in one part of BiH territory would be anti-constitutional and unacceptable, OHR replied to FENA when asked about the President of RS Milorad Dodik calling Serb representatives in judicial institutions to leave their positions and announcing limitation of jurisdictions of the Court of BiH and Prosecutor's Office of BiH in territory of RS.

They emphasized that the Constitution of BiH states that entities need to fully respect decisions of the BiH institutions, including the laws adopted at the state level and decisions of state judicial bodies. Court of BiH and Prosecutor's Office of BiH have jurisdiction in the entire territory of BiH.

OHR stated that attempts of executive authorities to pressure representatives of judiciary or have influence on their appointments are completely unacceptable in context of independent judiciary, underlining that judges need to be able to work independently, without inappropriate political pressure.
