BANJA LUKA, November 24 (FENA) – These elections are not over yet. They will be concluded only when the electoral process is repeated in Doboj, Zvornik, and Laktaši, where, due to electoral manipulation, the results do not reflect the will of the people, said SDS candidate for president of Republika Srpska, Branko Blanuša.
