SARAJEVO, 24 November (FENA) – The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) has announced last night the preliminary results of the early elections for the President of Republika Srpska, according to which the new president of this entity is Siniša Karan from the SNSD.
