CEC BiH informs courts it has no authority to change data in the register of political organizations

SARAJEVO, November 7 (FENA) – The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina today sent a written response to the Basic Court in Banja Luka and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, stating that the CEC remains committed to performing its legally prescribed powers and duties regarding changes in the register of political organizations related to the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD).
