SARAJEVO, October 30 (FENA) – The House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament today adopted the Bill on the Protection of the Right to a Fair Trial within a Reasonable Time, which, according to FBiH Minister of Justice Vedran Škobić, aims to create a legal framework for protecting citizens and parties in court proceedings “that are being prolonged.”
