SARAJEVO, March 27 (FENA) - Changes to the Election Law imposed by the High Representative will ensure fairer elections in the long term. It will take time to see all the effects of the changes. Still, at the moment it looks as if the vote of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be worth more than before because the votes will be less manipulated, said member of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić.
