SARAJEVO, March 12 (FENA) - The European Commission's recommendation to open EU negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina is certainly good news for our country. One more step remains, that is, for the recommendation to be considered and accepted by the European Council at its session on March 20 and 21, said the Chairman of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić for FENA.
