SARAJEVO, February 29 (FENA) - On the occasion of March 1, the Independence Day of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nermin Nikšić, extended a congratulatory message to all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
