SARAJEVO, February 16 (FENA) - The tactics of fabricated threats of separation, conflict and fictitious crises serves to divert attention from the real problems of citizens, allowing corruption to flourish, the Head of the OSCE Mission in BiH Brian Aggeler said in an interview for Dnevni avaz.
