SARAJEVO, December 10 (FENA) – A total of 7,628 people are still missing in BiH. Time has stopped for their families and is measured only by hope and memories, waiting for a phone call that would finally reveal the fate of their loved ones. Precisely because of this, today, on the day when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted, the Missing Persons Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina is recalling the biggest open wound in BiH society.
