BiH Court confirms indictment against Babić and others for war crimes against civilians

SARAJEVO, November 10 (FENA) - The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment in the Dragan Babić et al. case, which charges the defendants Dragan Babić and Milivoje Maletić with having committed the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population and the criminal offense of war crimes against prisoners of war.
